Amanda Horne is an executive coach, facilitator and mentor, helping executives in the workplace. Drawing from 25 years of corporate experience, Amanda specialises in building strong and positive leaders, teams, and organisations.
Trained in Positive Psychology, Amanda also uses Positive Organizational Scholarship, Positive Organizational Behaviour, and Appreciative Inquiry – all of which are concerned with building strengths in people, teams and businesses. At the core of this is a science that provides evidence-based approaches to building high performance people and organisations.
By integrating these fields into all aspects of her work, Amanda helps clients to thrive, to be healthy and to increase productivity. Amanda works with CEOs, senior executives and managers in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
