Amanda Horne is an experienced accredited executive coach, coaching supervisor, small group peer learning coach, group facilitator. Drawing from 40 years of corporate experience, her collaborative style brings a presence and sensitivity to her work, allowing clients to engage in reflective conversations which challenge them to explore all aspects of their work.
Amanda uses a strengths-based, reflective practice approach combined with theories and frameworks drawn from adult learning, adult development, executive coaching, and leadership. She works closely with her clients to design and tailor coaching approaches which are adaptable and flexible. The outcomes which clients experience include clarity and perspective about their style, purpose values and mindsets; broadened perspectives; enhanced self-awareness, capability, behaviours, performance and well-being; and how to lead themselves and their organisations more effectively. Clients learn reflective practices, gain deeper insights, and find better ways to solve problems and to think more flexibly. She has accrued over 5,500 coaching hours.
